Refund Policy & Terms

A Buyer who is signed into the Platform can purchase a Digital Pays product by clicking the digital 'Checkout' button.

By clicking the 'Checkout' button, the User accepts the Product from Digital Pays, thus completing the Purchase Agreement between Digital Pays and Buyer. The User bears the risk of their choice.

Important: Products bought cannot be refunded.

Exceptions and Eligibility

Refunds are only possible in case of:
* Technical errors of the Service provided by Us;
* Other issues arising from our own errors.

According to UK legislation, the User is eligible for a refund within 14 days after the initial transaction.

How to Request a Refund

• All refund requests shall be submitted personally via available contacts.
• The same payment method that was used for the initial financing will be used to handle all refund claims.
