Welcome to Digital Pays, operated by Technifly LTD (Company number: 15111497). By using our website digitalpays.shop, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase or using our services.

Account Registration

To make purchases on Digital Pays, you have to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring its accuracy.

Purchases and Services

Digital Pays offers digital cards for various services. By purchasing these cards, you agree to use them in compliance with the terms and conditions of the respective service providers (Amazon, Steam, Netflix, Spotify, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or violate any laws or regulations.

Payment

All payments on Digital Pays are processed securely. Prices are listed in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods, which will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • Users can buy a card upon logging in.
  • To buy a card a user should top up the balance on their account first or make a direct purchase.
  • After topping up, the balance is showed on the user's account. The balance is measured in bowties. One bowtie always costs one euro.
  • Bowties can be spent on any card by customers' choice.
  • All prices on our platform are showed in bowties.
  • If their account balance is low, users see a button "Top up".
  • Clicking "Top up" takes them to the replenishing page to choose an amount.
  • Replenishment is carried out using a slider, one slide to the side equals 5 bowties.
  • After agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, user click "Pay", and are redirected to checkout.

Important Notes on Bowties:
* Bowties acquired through balance top-ups are non-transferable and cannot be converted back to monetary value or withdrawn as cash.
* Customers acknowledge and agree that bowties credited to their account post-top-up are solely for use within the confines of our website's ecosystem.
* The act of topping up the balance signifies acceptance of the non-refundable nature of bowties acquired through this process.
* Customers understand that bowties are exclusively redeemable for goods, services, or privileges offered within our platform, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.
* In the event of account closure or termination for any reason, any remaining bowties balance shall be forfeited without the possibility of reimbursement or compensation in monetary terms.
* Our website reserves the right to amend or modify the terms related to bowties, including their acquisition, redemption, and usage, at any given time, with prior notice to the customers.

Consent to Newsletter

The user by its consent can provide its mailbox to subscribe to the newsletter about new special offers, promotions and news about the project.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on digitalpays.shop, including logos, trademarks, and images, are the property of Technifly LTD. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Pays and Technifly LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.

AML Policy

The Management Board is the carrier of the culture of compliance with the requirements of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing prevention, guaranteeing that the Management Board members and Employees of the Company operate in an environment where they are fully aware of the requirements for the prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing and the obligations associated with these requirements, and the relevant risk considerations are taken into account to a suitable extent in the decision-making processes of the Company. The Management Board members bear ultimate responsibility for the measures taken to prevent the use of the Company’s services for Money Laundering or Terrorist Financing. They provide oversight and are accountable for:

  • Establishing and maintaining AML processes, procedures, risk, and control processes;
  • Adopting these Guidelines and other internal guidelines and instructions;
  • Determining the Company’s Guidelines for AML measures;
  • Appointing an MLRO and ensuring that the MLRO has the powers, resources and expertise required to perform their assignment;
  • Allocating sufficient resources to ensure the effective implementation of the Guidelines and other related documents and to maintain the organization;
  • Ensuring all relevant Employees complete annual AML training.

The Director of the Company (hereinafter the Director) undertakes to ensure that each employee and/or staff member of the Company (hereinafter the Staff) follow the requirements provided for in these Guidelines, the Legislation and legislation adopted on the basis thereof. The Staff of the Company must know the duties provided for in the Guidelines and the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (MLR 2017) and perform these upon performance of their day-to-day employment duties. The company has a compliance officer, who is responsible for compliance with the requirements arising from the Legislation and the present Guidelines. Failure to comply with the requirements may result in the termination of the employment contract (or another contract under the law of obligations) as well as the imposition of other statutory sanctions. The compliance officer undertakes to regularly (at least once a year) verify whether the Rules of Procedure and Internal Control Rules are up to date and, where necessary, update and revise these Guidelines on the basis of changes in the Company and its control system.

The following terms have the following meaning in these Guidelines:
* Establishing and maintaining AML processes, procedures, risk, and control processes;
* Adopting these Guidelines and other internal guidelines and instructions;
* Determining the Company’s Guidelines for AML measures;

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from the use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

Digital Pays reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact us.

Limits

Please be aware that the site has limits on the number of transactions and their value, as follows:

  • Maximum transactions per day: 5 top-ups.
  • Minimum transaction: 5 euros.
  • Maximum transaction: 500 euros.
  • Maximum amount of money per day: 2500 euros (can be spent to buy our products).

Loyalty & Special Offers

Bonus Loyalty System

When you buy 200 euros worth of goods, we may give you a promo code for 5 euros, which can be applied to your next purchase.

Tiered Loyalty System

  • Bronze Status: When a user reaches the spending mark of 1,000 euros, he/she receives a lifetime Bronze status, which gives him/her a lifetime 2% discount on all types of goods.
  • Silver Status: When the user reaches the spending mark of 3,000 euros, he/she will be granted the Silver status for life, which gives him/her a 5% discount for life on all types of goods.
  • Gold Status: When the user reaches the spending mark of 5,000 euros, he/she receives a lifetime Gold status, which gives him/her a lifetime discount of 7% on all types of goods.

Referral System

If a user invites a friend using their referral link (which can be copied from their personal account) and that friend makes a purchase, the inviting user will receive a promo code for a 5% discount.

Discount for Gamers

If you buy three game cards of the same brand in a month (all cards must be full-priced), you will get a 5% discount on cards of this brand until the end of the month (Note: Not summarized with other discounts).
